Most of you know that in order to have a real estate business that consistently provides you with a steady stream of leads, you need to get really good at marketing.

In most cases the answer is yes. Today I have a list of 25 ways to generate motivated seller leads that contains both free strategies and those that will cost you something.

There are a ton of free marketing strategies that you can use in your business for generating motivated seller leads.
Marketing will always cost you one of two things; your time or your money (or both). If you are short of cash there are plenty of things that you can do to generate those motivated seller leads. These strategies will only cost you your time.
Most people have a mix paid and free lead channels or marketing strategies in their real estate investing business.
There are almost an unlimited number of ways to generate leads for your business, but today I have a list of 25 ways to generate motivated seller leads that you can begin to implement today.

So there you have it. 25 ways to generate motivated seller leads for your business. If you will pick 4 or 5 of these lead sources, work them consistently in your business, you will have a deal in no time.
