How To Get Rents In Early

As many of you have noticed, I have been absent from blogging this week. The reason is that I had some major technical issues with my blog at the end of last week.

Now that the is finally fixed, I have a great tip for you today. You will love this tip if you are a landlord.  But even if you are still working on getting your first property, be sure to file this away somewhere for future use. I will guarantee you are going to want to remember this down the road.

It's no secret that for most landlords, January is historically the toughest month to get the rents in on time. You could say that “Christmas gets in the way” of folks paying their rent on time. What if I could show you a simple strategy that would not only let you get your rents in on time, but would get people to pay early? Sound too good to be true? Well it isn't.

My good friend and fellow real estate investor Mike Butler is the “king of systems”, and he has developed a simple system for doing just that. Take a look at this 3 minute video and find out just how easy it is to get your tenants to put your rent on the top of that pile of bills to pay.

Would you like a copy of Mike's template?

Now you just might be thinking, “That's a great idea, but I just don't have time to do one more thing. Maybe I will get one designed to use next year”.   If that sounds like you,  Mike has you covered.  Head on over to his site and find out how you can get your own customizable template, and get more money in this January than you ever thought was possible. Thanks again to Mike Butler for sharing this great tip.

Here's the link.
