My reader question today comes from an investor that has really found himself in a situation he could have never imagined.  He bought a great property that was part of an estate, and now the deceased's relatives won't move out of the house.

When the investor originally looked at the property, this same family member was living in the property. However the executor of the estate had assured him that they would be gone before the closing. Obviously that just didn't happen.

Now he finds himself in the situation where this woman simply refuses to move out of the house.

His question was, “What can I do if the deceased's relatives won't move out of the property I have under contract? How can I get them out”?

That is a great question.

So what can you do in this situation?   I have a couple of tips for you in today's video.
