Tom's company, Ocean City Development is not only an investment company, but he has a brokerage with 200 agents. His team has acquired over 500 properties in 5 years. My guest today is Cally Wood Doyle from South Florida who is a Realtor and investor.
Cally is a great example of someone that has managed to successfully combine her investing business with the retail side of real estate.
She has become an expert in working in the “fringe areas” outside of the big cities in her area as both a Realtor and investor. This show was really interesting, because Cally has managed to set the standard for what nicely rehabbed properties will sell for in these areas.
