I was reminded recently of just how important it is for all of us to regularly step outside of our comfort zone when my granddaughter Jordan was about go to middle school for the first time.
There were great lessons there for her to learn about how taking on one small challenge at a time, enables us jump right in later when we are faced with something really big. These same lessons apply to all of us.

It can be tough for all of us, but it is especially hard for those people that have avoided stepping outside their comfort zone their entire life. For those folks, I would say that you should take on small challenges that make you uncomfortable, and then move on to bigger and harder things.
