I recently got this 2-part reader question, and it’s one that I get a lot. The question is, can you wholesale probates, and can you double close these deals?
The answer to both is yes in most cases, and that’s what today’s show is all about. Recently, some states have started to implement changes that affect your ability to wholesale any type of property. It’s important to know your state’s laws.
I’m in Kentucky, and in my state, you can wholesale any type of property which is great for real estate investors. If you are wholesaler probate, it will be a consistent source of leads for your investing business.
