One of the primary differences between businesses that are good and those that are great, is the speed of implementation. What do I mean by this? What I mean is just how fast you can make changes in your business.
I am as guilty as the next person at times when it comes to this. It's really easy to have a “wait and see” attitude as opposed to diving in an making immediate adjustments to anything that isn't working in your business or possibly isn't working as well as you would like.
