My life 1000 houses Books
I have just finished reading a phenomenal book written by Mitch Stephen. I would highly recommend this book not only to real estate investors, but to anyone that is struggling to build a business.

Mitch’s personal journey is fascinating. You will find the words “Failing forward to financial freedom” on the cover of his book. He chronicles his journey of more than a decade during which he bought and sold more than 1000 houses. In his book he very willingly shares what he considers to be his “mistakes and his failures”. I prefer to call them “learning experiences”. Ultimately this journey brought him huge success both personally and financially.  Mitch is quick to point out that it took more than just hard work; integrity, a willingness to learn, his family and a strong faith were instrumental in his success.

The first part of the book is chronological and depicts the maturing of a young businessman. The second half of the book consists of 18 random stories about how Mitch actually built his business and became a successful real estate investor.

In My Life & 1000 Houses you can expect to see how someone went from buying his first house, to building his own “empire” of passive income and ultimately achieved financial freedom. I love this quote from the book that says, “Financial freedom happens when your wants exceed your needs”.

One thing you will surely learn from reading My Life & 1000 Houses is that for most people, success rarely comes easy. It will largely be your ability to persevere even under the most difficult of circumstances and setbacks that will bring you success.

For anyone who’s been procrastinating or is in the middle of a struggle to become financially free, pick up a copy of this book and begin your own personal journey toward financial freedom. You can find it on Amazon.
