I love a good book, and I recently read what I believe is one of the best business books on the market. It is called The Pumpkin Plan by Michael Michalowicz.
In this book, you will find strategies to help you grow a remarkable business by following his 7 step process. To prove that these same 7 steps can be used in any business in any industry, Michael has “Pumpkin Planned” a number of businesses as examples. These examples will help you to apply these same principles in your real estate investing business and in the process you will get clear on how your ideal client is and how you can best serve them.
