You can have the best marketing pieces on the planet, but if you don't have the right target audience you can waste a whole lot of time and money when it comes to your marketing campaigns.
Choosing the Right Target Audience
You need to know your target audience before you ever send out that 1st marketing piece. When it comes to getting this wrong, I like to compare this to someone trying to buy new tires at a garden center. Where real estate is concerned you have to send the right mail piece to the right group of motivated sellers or your results will be “crickets” when it comes to your responses.
