Someone posted an interesting question on one of the forums recently that went something like this:
“How will my end buyer know that my house is a good deal”?
My initial response was that this person was really asking, “How do I convince someone that my house is a good deal even though it may not be?” This question just shouted “I really don’t have a clue what I am doing”.
Every new real estate investor has doubts in the beginning about whether or not they have just put together a good deal. But I can tell you this; your seasoned real estate investor won't be puzzled about that when you present the deal to them.
They will let the “numbers do the talking”. You have to get really good at making offers to succeed in this business.
