I am asked this question at least a several times every month, and the answer is always the same. “It depends”.
The truth of the matter really is that it depends on a number of things.
Here are some things to consider:
What are your talents?
What do you really like to do?
What do you hate to do?
What kind of lifestyle do you want to create?
Get clear on exactly what you want.
You really have to know the answers to these questions before you can begin to figure out which niche in real estate investing is the best one for YOU. It’s important to know that this answer will be different for each person. There really is no right or wrong answer. Most people will try out at least a couple of different investing strategies before they settle on one that best suits their goals and their personality. I really believe that in the end, a strategy will choose you.
I have chosen three previous articles for you that will help simplify this process for you.

Yes you can come as a guest. It is $25 for a guest to come, but that includes a buffet dinner. You don’t need a reservation; just come. The meeting is the 4th Thursday of the month which is this week. I won’t be there as I am supposed to go out of town for a seminar. The Nov.- Dec. meeting is always a combined meeting. I’m not sure of the date yet, but it will be posted on the site. It will be the first of Dec. to avoid the holidays. Maybe we can meet there sometime. I’m glad you find the blog helpful. I really enjoy your blog. I am a full time Realtor/Broker in the Louisville area and want to start investing in Real Estate myself. I am just getting started and have found your blog to be really helpful. I looked at the KREIA site and was wondering, can I attend a meeting as a visitor before deciding to join?
