I got a 2-part reader question recently. The first part of the question was, what do you do when you find a house where the owner is deceased, but no probate was opened? Where do you start when it comes to locating the heirs? This isn’t an easy task, but I have a couple of tips today on where you can start.
The second part of the question was, can you make an offer directly to a bank?
