This week’s interview is with Terry Sprouse who is not only a full time real estate investor, but he is the author of two books and he owns and operates his own publishing company called Planeta Books. He lives In Tucson, Arizona with his family.
Terry has built his business on the buy, fix up and hold business model. He has been very successful at this real estate investing strategy, and he has written a book called “Fix ‘em Up, Rent ‘em Out” which was published in 2007. Terry has a blog that is also called “Fix ‘em Up, Rent ‘em Out”. If you want to learn about this particular business model, this is a great place to find that information.
“Carve Out Your Niche” is Terry’s second book. This is a great book that will help you live your passion and write “YOUR Book”; the one that lives inside you. He has a wealth of information in “Carve Out Your Niche” about establishing your niche, creating and self-publishing your book, and promoting your book and your message through many different techniques.
