A few days ago, I put another wholesale deal under contract. And once again I was told that day, that I was the only one still mailing to these folks when they were finally ready to sell the house.

It takes folks different amounts of time to face selling the property that is part of an estate. More often than not, it's actually the process of cleaning out the house that is the bigger problem. Whatever the reason, you can bet it will take some people a year or more to actually decide to sell the house.
