Cally is a great example of someone that has managed to successfully combine her investing business with the retail side of real estate.

She has become an expert in working in the “fringe areas” outside of the big cities in her area as both a Realtor and investor.  This show was really interesting, because Cally has managed to set the standard for what nicely rehabbed properties will sell for in these areas.  This is especially important because accurate comps aren’t readily available in some of the more rural areas around the country.

Cally is also a fine example of someone that has not only built a great reputation in her field, she is active in her community, and she has built a business that allows her to do business her way.  I know you are going to love this show.

About Cally

Realtor and InvestorBorn and raised in Canterbury, CT. I came to Florida to attend Brevard Community College. Following that I moved to Tampa to attend USF.  I majored in Elementary Education and took a teaching contract in the Middle East. (Al Samiya, Kuwait).

After coming home to Tampa, I decided NOT to teach. I then went to Real Estate school, and became licensed in 1996.

I have 21 years of Real Estate experience, and I sell an average of 50 homes a year.  In 2009 (the worst year in the market) I sold 102 units myself without a team.  I am ranked #38 in the State of Florida, was a top producer in 2016 for Florida Realty Services, and have been HUD's top producer for five years in a row. Additionally I have rehabbed and sold over 100 homes in the last 15 years. I am also a single mother of one amazing wonderful teenager.
