Branding your real estate investing business has never been more important than it is today. It seems like there is more competition than ever. I’m not really sure if that is actually the case, or if the internet just makes it seem that way.
I can remember a time not that many years ago, when you could actually get by without a website. Imagine that!
Some of the most prominent real estate investors in my area didn’t have a website and that is still true today. And when it came to social media, they didn’t even know what that was.
Today it’s essential that you are internet savvy. At a minimum you need to have a website, and be active on social media. The internet is absolutely the fastest way to build your brand.
But there is more to building a brand than just your online presence.
