Nurturing your probate leads is one of the most important aspects of successfully marketing to probates. You want to take them slowly along a path where they feel confident in your ability to buy their property when the time is right for them. This type of direct mail campaign is a slow but very deliberate way of building rapport with these sellers.
The time from when someone passes away until the family is ready to sell varies greatly with each individual situation. However, once the estate is opened, that is a sign they are ready to move forward with settling the estate. This is also the time you want to start your direct mail campaign.
How Do You do That?
You do that by showing up every month with a consistent message. As I said, that message is that you will be there for them when they are ready.
