Direct mail campaigns can be a great way to keep your funnel full of leads. I have said many times before, that direct mail is my number one source of leads. But there are some basics concepts that you need to follow in order for it to work for you.
I’m curious. Do these numbers hold true for you?
My experience with real estate marketing is that the numbers are inverted. Most of the responses come from initial mailings. Subsequent mailings get less return calls.
Lance – These numbers hold true for me especially for DEALS. I often get initial calls from earlier mailings. I get more deals the longer I mail to them. Some of these folks I talk to several times before they are finally motivated to sell.
