Mike Simmons is quick to say that starting a company is easy. However, growing a company that is profitable and building a team that cares about the success or failure of that company is not so easy. So, here's the big question; how do you go from struggling investor to 1 million in profits in 12 months?
And more importantly, how do you build a team and a culture that will allow you to grow faster than you ever thought was possible? Today you’ll discover why mentors and masterminds are the secret sauce to making this happen.

Vonda – ARV means “after repaired value”. Wholesalers are people that find deals for rehabbers and landlords. You would find those people at your local real estate investing group. (REIA). Look up “National REIA” online to see where the closest meeting is to you. Join that group and attend the meetings. That’s where most of us started out learning real estate investing.
Hello Sharon thanks for sharing Mike’s story it was very motivating. I do have 2 questions 1. What is a ARV list he told his daughter to get on? 2. Where can you find a wholesale list that he was telling her to get on.
Thanks Vonda
