Our real estate businesses go through so many changes. Think back to when you first started your business. Do you remember the time when you just received your first box of business cards, and you jump in your car and head off to your first REIA meeting. And in that moment, you find yourself in that very uncomfortable place where realize you really have no idea what you are doing. You are still trying to figure it all out.
Now fast forward a few years. You feel like you’re a “pro”. You have done some deals, your marketing is in place, and you finally have your website up. Maybe you are even a blogger who is trying to build a list. Just when you are getting comfortable, you realize that your websites and your list building efforts just aren’t working for you. So what’s the problem?
After talking to a few people, someone says you really need is a killer squeeze page. OK; that’s what you decide to do.
What the heck is a squeeze page?
Squeeze pages are basically an opt-in page and everybody needs them. You need a good way to collect the names and email addresses for your real estate websites. Now you might be asking yourself, why you need some “fancy” squeeze page? The answer is quite simple. If you have a killer, well designed squeeze page they work like crazy.
Let’s face it. Without leads for our business, we are quite literally out of business. Most of us have no idea where to start. But even if we did, who has time to design these? Not me. You have to agree, unless you are a web designer or a “computer nerd”, it just takes too much time not to mention a specialize skill set which most of us don’t have. If you were to go out and hire someone to build you a custom squeeze page, it would most likely cost hundreds of dollars for just one.
I Have a Solution for Your Dilemma
I came across something the other day that I have fallen in love with. It is a product is “Real Estate Squeeze Pages” by Chris Cho.
Chris runs a web design company in Philadelphia is he also a real estate investor, so this guy knows first-hand what a good squeeze page should look like. Chris found that everyone was asking him for solid squeeze pages that work; squeeze pages that will pull in the leads day after day. So he put together a package of 10 completely unique opt in page designs which are fully customizable. The thing that sealed the deal for me was that they are actually WordPress themes. Bloggers love WordPress because it is so easy to use. The fact that these are themes, means we can put one of these squeeze pages up in a matter of minutes. Trust me. This is easy.
The really great thing about these beautiful squeeze pages is the price.
Remember when I told you it would cost hundreds of dollars for one custom squeeze page? You can get all 10 of these designs for the low, low price of $67.00. That makes each one $6.70 each. Unbelievable value!
Since they are fully customizable with virtually unlimited colors to choose from, you never have to worry that they won’t work with your logo or other branding materials.
Chris has also included a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you don’t think they are worth what you paid for them; less than $7 bucks each, just let him know and you can get a full refund. I can tell you right now, you won’t want to part with these.
Head on over here and check them out. I would love to hear your feedback, so let me know what you think.
And be sure to pass this information on to anyone that you think could benefit from having more leads coming into their inbox.

Considering investing in Chirs Cho’s squeeze page package.
Are you using it? Are you getting leads from them?
Any recommendations for a good web hosting company?
Yes I am using them. I just bought about 6 additional domains to put them on. I have a couple of favorites so I will probably just use those templates for my sites. It is a great package for the price, and I do recommend them.
I should have mine up this week (hopefully). I have been recording some podcasts some I am running a little behind on finalizing that job. You know; life gets in the way.
I use Hostgator. It is under $10 a month and I have always been happy with them. If you are familiar with WordPress, these are just one page themes ie squeeze pages.
Give them a try. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already done that.
