Finally the magic begins.  Their phones are ringing and they have leads coming in the door. This is the moment they have been waiting for.

When they really start to think about doing more of what’s working, they realize that they don’t actually know which strategies are working.

  • Use different phone numbers
  • Add a place for this information to your property information form
  • Just ask the person calling
